Who are these trips for?

Our trips are for all women, not just mothers, who seek the beauty of Jamaica and Barbados outside all-inclusive resorts in a luxurious setting. We welcome easy-going individuals, as this trip is about peace and good vibes. In simple terms, if constant complaints are your style, this trip may not be the best fit.

Additionally, participants should be comfortable with road trips, as reaching the best and most exclusive places in Jamaica requires two long drives of 2.5 hours (arrival) and 4 hours (departure) for Port Antonio, 2 hours for Treasure Beach, and a short 30min ride for Barbados.

Can I attend with my baby?

Babies are only allowed on the Mama & Mini trips.

How do shared rooms work?

Each person must purchase their own booking in order to be in a shared room —> Each shared room booking cost is for 1 person. You will be assigned a roommate closer to trip departure. If you’d like to be paired with a friend/sister/etc who is also attending please let me know.

What If I can no longer attend?

The trip cost is non-refundable, and travel insurance is required for your protection. I can provide insurance suggestions after booking. You have the option to transfer your slot to another person or a family member (contact me first for assistance). The non-refundable policy is due to advance payments for lodging, transportation, and meals, which affect other participants if adjustments are made.

Will the villa staff be women only?

For Jamaica: Currently, our housekeepers, nannies, and chefs are female, while the butler and groundskeeper are male.

For Barbados: Our entire home staff is female. Our private luxury catamaran cruise staff is all female, including the captain!

All staff understand the importance of privacy and will be present only when necessary for tasks like meals, cleaning, and security.

Why are flights included? Can I purchase my own flight?

Flights are included out of Atlanta, GA for via Delta Airlines for your synchronized arrival. You can use Delta flight credits to offset your trip cost. If you absolutely must book your own flights (credit card points usage etc), certain conditions apply to ensure timely arrival; otherwise, you may incur additional transportation costs. Please email me for that options, summiyah@gmail.com. Please note, I do not purchase refundable flights, but you can request them for an extra fee.

Why does it cost so much?

Barbados and Jamaica’s transportation and luxury lodging are costly, especially in exclusive areas like the Blue Lagoon and Sandy Lane, frequented by celebrities (Beyonce/Jay-Z, Mariah Carey, Snoop Dog, Tracee Ellis Ross), dignitaries, and even Saudi princes for family retreats. Flights to the Caribbean post-covid average $750-$900 per person these days.

What are my payment options & deadlines?

You can pay in full or a deposit of $250 to hold your slot. Remaining payments will be divided into monthly payments until you’ve made your full payment. WeTravel platform automatically calculate your payment plans.

Last and final payment is due strictly 15 days prior to trip departure.

• Delta Airlines Main Cabin Flight from ATL or connecting.

• Breakfast and dinner daily.

• 1 luxe beach picnic lunch, 1 arrival lunch, 1 local beach lunch

• Entrance fees and excursion fees

• 1 Morning Yoga Classes

• 1 Morning Workout Class

• Airport transportation & local transportation

• Nightly accommodations (solo or shared)

What’s Not Included?

• Staff gratuity required — estimated $100 (for Jamaica) $150 for Barbados cash per person or as you please. Goes directly to house staff.

• Personal travel insurance required. Estimated $50-$90 via insurance provider. I prefer Allianz Insurance.

• 3 lunches — $15+ each lunch cash or credit card at beach venue. *leftovers from dinner are usually available in the house to have as lunch.

What if Summiyah cancels?

If I cancel the trip you are guaranteed your money back within 7-10 business days. Payment will be returned via method paid.

Will there be any photography?

I enjoy my privacy and will ask all guests to do the same. Only take photos/videos when asked, and with proper discretion.
